Hardware reset for Blackphone BP1
- Turn off phone by pressing the power button
- Press the power button for a few seconds
- When the phone vibrates, let go of the power button and press the volume up and volume down buttons
- You should see a recovery menu
- Press the volume down button to navigate down in the recovery menu
- Press the home button (it may not be visible, but it should be in the center bottom of the screen)
- In the Android Recovery Menu, choose Factory Reset and press the menu button (bottom left of the screen)
- Confirm you wish to wipe all data
- Reboot phone and go through initial setup
